Wishing harm or death upon others, regardless of any grievances or disagreements, is a reflection of deep-seated negativity and lack of empathy. While it’s natural to feel frustration or anger towards someone, expressing such extreme sentiments can have far-reaching consequences.
Wishing harm upon others perpetuates a cycle of negativity and toxicity. It fosters a culture of hatred and division, undermining the principles of compassion and understanding that are essential for a harmonious society. Such sentiments only serve to deepen existing conflicts and fuel animosity between individuals and communities.
Such was the case when X user, Lengdrxx Alabi made a post on his X handle on the 6th of September 2023 where he said and I quote: “Obi 6 feet deep in the trench, am up”.
Lengdrxx Alabi l, a Yoruba man who posted regularly on X always enjoyed trolling Igbo people on X as part of the Yoruba-Igbo Ethnic wars going on on X. See some of his tribalistic posts below.
His post on wishing Peter Obi death was in response to the presidential petition case at the Supreme Court where Peter Obi later lost.
But guess what? Lengdrxx Alabi wished Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi dead on Twitter last year but he recently died yesterday as posted by a core Obidient, Pearl (@MissPearl) on her X handle.
Pearl posted a throwback of his post last year in which he said that he wishes Peter Obi dead and showed his own obituary picture side by side with his obituary stating that it will be a great lose to the Yoruba People.
People need to be careful of what they post anyway.
