Billionaire Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s love nest in Beverly Hills is estimated to cost a staggering $175 million, and construction has been resumed on their three-story mansion.
The expansive estate boasts a main house, guesthouse, gym, pergola, and a security house.
Initially, the plan was to add a new pool house, powder room, and retaining walls, but completion was impeded due to an unfinished planning application for a new “game court fence.” The couple is temporarily living in the Malibu compound owned by the Kardashian clan’s money manager while their mansion is being brought to completion.
Jeff and Lauren got engaged aboard his $500 million yacht during the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, with Jeff offering a breathtaking 20-carat ring estimated to be worth $2.5 million. Previously married to novelist MacKenzie Scott for nearly three decades, Jeff conveyed on Twitter that they have decided to divorce and continue their shared lives as friends. Lauren, on the other hand, was previously married to businessman Patrick Whitesell from 2005 to 2019 and has two children.
